{"id":89,"date":"2026-05-22T17:25:44","date_gmt":"2026-05-22T15:25:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ajmu.fr\/index.php\/formations\/fst\/"},"modified":"2026-05-25T18:58:19","modified_gmt":"2026-05-25T16:58:19","slug":"fst","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ajmu.fr\/index.php\/formations\/fst\/","title":{"rendered":"FST"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les Formations Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es Transversales (FST)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les FST ouvrent droit \u00e0 un exercice compl\u00e9mentaire (sur-sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9) au sein de la sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 suivie. Elles sont soumises \u00e0 un <strong>numerus clausus<\/strong> (candidature selon CV, lettre de motivation, projet professionnel argument\u00e9). Elles ajoutent <strong>un an \u00e0 l&rsquo;internat<\/strong> de m\u00e9decine d&rsquo;urgence, soit 5 ans au total.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toutes les FST sont ouvertes aux internes de DESMU sur demande motiv\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s du coordonnateur local du DESMU et du pilote local de la FST.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FST disponibles pour les DESMU<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Urgences p\u00e9diatriques<\/li><li>Pharmacologie m\u00e9dicale\/th\u00e9rapeutique<\/li><li>M\u00e9decine du sport<\/li><li>M\u00e9decine de guerre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Modalit\u00e9s de candidature<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Contacter le coordonnateur local du DESMU et le pilote local de la FST pour conna\u00eetre les modalit\u00e9s particuli\u00e8res de candidature<\/li><li>Envoyer une lettre de motivation argument\u00e9e avec projet professionnel construit et exp\u00e9rience ant\u00e9rieure, <strong>4 mois avant le semestre souhait\u00e9<\/strong> (entre la 2\u00e8me et 3\u00e8me ou la 3\u00e8me et 4\u00e8me ann\u00e9e d&rsquo;internat) aupr\u00e8s du coordonnateur local du DESMU<\/li><li>Deux candidatures par interne pour une FST sont autoris\u00e9es pendant la totalit\u00e9 du cursus d&rsquo;internat<\/li><li>Les postes ouverts sont publi\u00e9s par arr\u00eat\u00e9 chaque semestre sur le site du CNG<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FST Urgences P\u00e9diatriques<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Maquette :<\/strong> 2 semestres \u2014 1 semestre aux urgences p\u00e9diatriques et 1 semestre en r\u00e9animation p\u00e9diatrique ou en service mobile d&rsquo;urgence et de r\u00e9animation p\u00e9diatrique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Enseignement th\u00e9orique :<\/strong> e-learning ; exercices supervis\u00e9s de mise en situation, de simulation, apprentissage par r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes ; s\u00e9minaires pr\u00e9sentiels nationaux, interr\u00e9gionaux ou r\u00e9gionaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Connaissances \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser :<\/strong> organisation des urgences p\u00e9diatriques, motifs de recours fr\u00e9quents, signes de gravit\u00e9 et d\u00e9tresses vitales, d\u00e9marche diagnostique, gestes techniques, triage et orientation des enfants, urgence et maladies chroniques de l&rsquo;enfant, aspects relationnels avec enfants et parents, recherche clinique aux urgences p\u00e9diatriques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FST Pharmacologie M\u00e9dicale \/ Th\u00e9rapeutique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Maquette :<\/strong> 2 semestres dans un lieu agr\u00e9\u00e9 (services de pharmacologie m\u00e9dicale, laboratoires de pharmacologie-toxicologie, CRPV, CIC, CEIP, centre anti-poisons, structures de recherche clinique, industrie pharmaceutique\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Enseignement th\u00e9orique :<\/strong> e-learning ; s\u00e9minaires pr\u00e9sentiels ; p\u00e9dagogie invers\u00e9e ; production de contenu p\u00e9dagogique. Choix de 2 modules parmi 5 : Pharmacologie et toxicologie biologique \/ Pharmaco-surveillance \/ \u00c9valuation des m\u00e9dicaments \/ \u00c9valuation des th\u00e9rapeutiques \/ Recherche clinique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00c9valuation :<\/strong> auto-\u00e9valuation en ligne et examen oral. Validation en 2 niveaux : examen pratique r\u00e9gional + m\u00e9moire sous forme d&rsquo;article scientifique avec soutenance orale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FST M\u00e9decine du Sport<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Maquette :<\/strong> 2 semestres dans une structure avec activit\u00e9 suffisante en m\u00e9decine et traumatologie de l&rsquo;exercice et du sport (au moins 30% des patients ont une prise en charge sp\u00e9cifique, avec \u00e9quipe soignante d\u00e9di\u00e9e et m\u00e9decin qualifi\u00e9 en m\u00e9decine du sport).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Connaissances \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser :<\/strong> m\u00e9canismes d&rsquo;adaptation \u00e0 l&rsquo;exercice, tests d&rsquo;aptitude, physiopathologie des affections li\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;exercice, \u00e9l\u00e9ments diagnostiques et th\u00e9rapeutiques des pathologies locomotrices, l\u00e9gislation anti-dopage, organisation du sport en France, pr\u00e9vention, psychopathologie du sport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00c9valuation :<\/strong> examen \u00e9crit, oral et pratique avec cas clinique. <strong>Validation :<\/strong> entretiens trimestriels avec le pilote, validation de tous les stages, m\u00e9moire sous forme d&rsquo;article.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FST M\u00e9decine de Guerre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Objectifs :<\/strong> Former \u00e0 la prise en charge m\u00e9dicale de bless\u00e9s de guerre ou en situations sanitaires exceptionnelles (participation au soutien m\u00e9dical des forces arm\u00e9es en op\u00e9rations ext\u00e9rieures, prise en charge de bless\u00e9s lors d&rsquo;attentats ou d&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nements NRBC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Maquette :<\/strong> 2 semestres \u2014 1 semestre SMUR + 1 semestre mixte en service de r\u00e9animation avec participation aux sites de d\u00e9chocage et pratique en anesth\u00e9sie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Enseignements :<\/strong> 2 demi-journ\u00e9es par semaine (1 en supervision + 1 en autonomie) via e-learning, s\u00e9minaires pr\u00e9sentiels et exercices de simulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Modules :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>D\u00e9tresses vitales en traumatologie :<\/strong> choc h\u00e9morragique traumatique, transfusion en situation d&rsquo;exception, oxyg\u00e9nation et ventilation m\u00e9canique en op\u00e9rations ext\u00e9rieures<\/li><li><strong>M\u00e9decine isol\u00e9e :<\/strong> br\u00fblures graves, coup de chaleur d&rsquo;exercice, paludisme grave, hypothermie accidentelle, aspects psychiatriques des traumatismes psychiques de guerre<\/li><li><strong>Transport de longue dur\u00e9e :<\/strong> contraintes a\u00e9ronautiques, organisation d&rsquo;un transport m\u00e9dicalis\u00e9 de longue dur\u00e9e individuel et collectif<\/li><li><strong>Situations sanitaires exceptionnelles :<\/strong> cha\u00eenes de soins arm\u00e9es et m\u00e9decine de catastrophe, prise en charge d&rsquo;un afflux de bless\u00e9s par armes de guerre, NRBC<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Comp\u00e9tences \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser :<\/strong> prise en charge initiale d&rsquo;un bless\u00e9 de guerre en d\u00e9tresse vitale, prise en charge en m\u00e9decine isol\u00e9e, transport de longue dur\u00e9e d&rsquo;un patient en \u00e9tat critique, gestion d&rsquo;un afflux de bless\u00e9s en situation de guerre et NRBC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>R\u00e9f\u00e9rence : Arr\u00eat\u00e9 du 12 avril 2017 portant organisation du troisi\u00e8me cycle des \u00e9tudes de m\u00e9decine.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les Formations Sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es Transversales (FST) Les FST ouvrent droit \u00e0 un exercice compl\u00e9mentaire (sur-sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9) au sein de la sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 suivie.
